1. How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on the weight and size of your order contents and start at $2.95. You can estimate your shipping costs by filling your cart, proceeding to checkout, and entering your shipping address. We use Fulfillment by Amazon, so your order will ship from the nearest Amazon fulfillment warehouse, at the speed of the service level chosen at checkout. Plus, domestic orders over $50 ship free!

2. Do you accept returns?

Yes, we stand by our products and have a 30-day return policy on unused merchandise. Please contact us for a return authorization number and return shipping address. 

3. Do you have a store?

The short answer is: no, not in the concrete sense (yet!). The long answer is: yes, Shallow Brook Drive is as real as ever. When I dream hard enough, I can smell the saw dust, see the community cork board at the door, and hear the conversations between neighbors about what birds they had at their feeder that week!

At this time, we only offer shipping to US locations.

7. Do you offer discounts?

Yes! We provide everyday discounts to new fans who subscribe to the Shallow Brook Drive newsletter. As well, we provide a discount to active and retired military, as well as students and teachers. Please contact us for details.

8. Where can I sign up for your newsletter?
